Castle Lane has an open access policy for parents and welcomes you to come to the nursery at any time. We understand that during the first few days you might want to be in touch with us on a more frequent basis and welcome phone calls for regular updates.
Our staff like to get to know you as much as your child and have positive partnerships with our parents. We regularly update you on everything that is happening at the nursery through written notices, newsletters and displays.
We welcome your feedback, ideas and suggestions and hope that you will feel as much a part of our nursery as your child.
